Name, phone, email, requested service, time, notes (including allergies if you indicate them), messages from the form and, if you pay a deposit, transaction data managed by Stripe. We do not ask for health information if you do not tell us in the notes.
Why
To manage bookings, communications (email and WhatsApp), waiting list, accounting obligations and, only with consent, measuring site traffic.
Who
Hosting, SMTP email, Google (font, Analytics if agreed, Calendar if connected), WhatsApp/Meta if you use the links, Stripe if you activate the deposit. We do not sell data.
For how long
Reservation data remains for the time necessary for the study and legal obligations, then is deleted or anonymised upon request.
Rights
Access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition, portability and complaint to the Guarantor. You can revoke consents at any time.
